Hello again from the fields of Terre Haute. We can finally see the end of harvest in the near future. Progress in this part of the country has really moved along, changing the landscape of the land. The corn has finally started to dry down some naturally, but the corn dryer is still hammering because it just isn’t dry enough to put straight in the bin. There has not been a lot outside of harvest going on to report about because we have been so focused on getting it done.

I would like to take a moment and say thank you to all of the heroes that have served and are currently serving this country. I know there are some common threads in farmers and soldiers, and oftentimes young farmers become soldiers until they have the opportunity to come back to the farm. Hopefully, you all find a nice week ahead with good weather and no breakdowns.
