FORT WAYNE, Ind. — The Fort Wayne Farm Show will be held March 9-11 — a change from the original Jan. 12-14 date in 2021.
Safety measures, including one-way pathways and a limited number of attendees, are in place in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The bottom line is we want to have a successful show, but we also want to make it a safe show,” said Fred Cline, director of Fort Wayne Farm Show. “It’s something we’ve never had to deal with in the past. But this is the reality.
“We’re a farm show, so wanted to stay as early in the year as we could to avoid times when our attendees and exhibitors are working on equipment and in fields. The best option we were given was March 9-11.”
Guests can learn about the latest farm technology at exhibitor booths.
Northeastern Indiana Soil and Water Conservation Districts and Purdue Extension will present daily educational seminars.
In support of the Indiana FFA Scholarship Foundation, fundraising auctions will be Tuesday and Wednesday. Last year’s auction raised over $20,000.
