Digging Deep into Data
CHICAGO — The three-part online and in-person program Deep into Data: Using Spreadsheets for Farm Business Planning will be offered Jan. 15, Jan. 22 and Jan. 24.
The online program on vegetable production planning will be 6:30 to 8 p.m. Jan. 15. Learn how spreadsheets can be used to forecast planting and harvest dates, and sales projections.
The online program on cash flow worksheets will be 6:30 to 8 p.m. Jan. 22.
The in-person work session will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 24 at the Illinois Extension office, 8753 S. Greenwood Ave., Chicago. Bring your laptop and farm data for this day-long work session. The Cook County Local Food Systems and Small Farm team will be on hand for one-on-one coaching for either production or cash-flow worksheets. Leaving a Legacy

Seed Swap participants can choose from a wide variety of free vegetable, flower, and herb plant seeds. No need to bring seeds to participate.
