Indiana State Fair announces Free Stage performance lineup for 2021

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana State Fair unveiled the 2021 list of performers who will appear on the Indiana State Fair Free Stage July 30 through Aug. 22.

All shows are free with paid fair admission and seating is first come, first served — no reserved seating.

• July 30: Yacht Rock Night with Atlanta Rhythm Section, Firefall & Orleans. Collectively known for hits “So Into You,” “You Are The Woman” and “Still The One.”

• July 31: John Waite and Kyle Cook of Matchbox Twenty. Hoosier Cook, who’s known for his guitar prowess, will open with his Kyle Cook Band. Waite has grabbed a Grammy nomination and No. 1 singles.

• Aug. 1: Mary Mary. Sisters Erica and Tina Campbell sing “Shackles (Praise You),” which ascended R&B and Top 100 charts.

• Aug. 4: Josh Turner, known for hits including “Would You Go With Me” along with Grammy, CMA and ACM awards nominations.

• Aug. 5: Run Forrest Run, ’90s party band.

• Aug. 6: Noah Cyrus, known for her hit “Make Me (Cry),” which hit No. 1 on Spotify’s Viral Global Chart.

• Aug. 7: Blanco Brown calls his country-hip-hop sounds “TrailerTrap” and is known for his hit “The Git Up.”

• Aug. 8: Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, the Hoosier Grammy award winner many times over who has written or produced more than 100 hit songs.

• Aug. 11: for King & Country. Brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone have won Grammy awards and had several No. 1 hits, including “God Only Knows.”

• Aug. 12: Hyryder, a tribute to the Grateful Dead.

• Aug. 13: Vince Neil, who joined Mötley Crüe in 1981 and helped the band to platinum and multi-platinum albums. Neil also made solo album “Tattoos & Tequila.”

• Aug. 14: Home Free, the a cappella group known for their “Warmest Winter” and “Dive Bar Saints” albums.

• Aug. 15: Casting Crowns, the Christian band that has sold more than 11 million albums and won myriad awards.

• Aug. 18: Happy Together Tour with The Turtles, Gary Puckett & The Union Gap, The Association, Classics IV, The Vogues and The Cowsills.

• Aug. 19: Barracuda, which performs the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s songs of the beloved band Heart.

• Aug. 20: The Beach Boys, known for transforming the music that came after them and delivering myriad hits and albums along the way.

• Aug. 21: Latino-Fest featuring AK7, Banda Blanca and La sonora Dinamita de Colombia.

• Aug. 22: Gospel Music Festival with headliner Hezekiah Walker, a Grammy award winner known for delivering gospel anthems that are full of hope.
