Indian Creek, Caston FFA win top honors

LEBANON , Ind. — FFA students from across Indiana participated in the State Chapter Meeting Leadership Development Event Feb. 10.

Indian Creek FFA placed first in the Novice Team division, and Caston FFA placed first in the Chapter Team group.

Members had to demonstrate the correct procedures of a chapter meeting, including opening ceremonies, order of business and closing ceremonies.

Teams had to place in the top two of their district and section events to advance to the state contest.

1. Caston FFA

2. Hamilton Southeastern FFA

3. Hope FFA

4. Southern Wells FFA

The state winners will move on to the national competition in October.
