The Kinze 5900 24-row, 30-inch planter is driven through a field. All models are equipped with a 5000 series electric drive row unit.
WILLIAMSBURG, Iowa — The latest in planter technology will hit the scene in 2024, when Kinze releases a new lineup of planters.
The new planters will replace Kinze’s current 4905 and 4705 models with the same configurations.
Here’s a glimpse at what’s coming:
The Kinze 5900 16-row, 30-inch planter sits in a field. The machine is created with generous seed and fertilizer capacities. The 5900 will be available in 24-row, 30-inch; 16-row, 30-inch; and 12-row, 30-inch configurations.
The Kinze 5700 24-row, 20-inch narrow row planter is on display. The 5700 front fold planters will replace the 4705 planters. Equipped with front-mounted tires, the 5700 is touted as the high-flotation solution for high-speed, narrow-row, electric drive planting with large seed and fertilizer payloads. The 5700 will be offered in 36-row, 20-inch and 24-row, 30-inch versions, as well as a 24-row, 20-inch narrow row planter.
