Livingston SWCD annual meeting Jan. 18

PONTIAC, Ill. — The Livingston County Soil and Water Conservation District’s 79th annual meeting will be held Jan. 18 at the Pontiac Elks Club. The meeting begins at 8 a.m. with a buffet breakfast.

Guest speaker will be Rita Frazer with the RFD Radio Network. Her talk is entitled “Pass it on Down.”

Frazer has been the director of network and audio services for the RFD Radio Network since 2015 and her prior role includes network anchor.

During the meeting, three SWCD directors will be elected and there will be a presentation of the Conservation Farm Family and Partner in Conservation awards.

The RSVP deadline is Jan. 10. No tickets will be available for sale at the door.
