Quinlan: Flowers welcome us home

We moved to a new home in the country, and I love how the home welcomes us.

On sunny days the iris buds wave hello. We have a parade of violets and dandelions. Strawberry blooms will soon make way for fruit.

The daffodils have waved goodbye, but the snowball bush is jolly and heavy.

The fruit trees are blooming and maple tree helicopters are flying in the breeze.

Each time I come home, something new greets me.

I’m teaching my children to see the beauty in all of these treasures. Spring is so full of life.

Enjoy the nature around you.
