A Rutland man who was driving a tractor in September 2023 when it collided with a motorcycle, killing its driver, was charged Friday with reckless homicide, DeKalb County court records show.
Whiteside County authorities have released the name of a man killed Wednesday morning when the tractor he was driving was hit by a semitractor-trailer on Route 40.
